Background Music & Sound License You are free to use any music CD purchased from
Alternative Practitioner Academy (APA) as background music to be played in your office and/or during your individual/group sessions.
For any other usage, the following terms and conditions apply:

You must attribute the work as "Background music provided by www.APARecommends.com"

You may not trade in the music itself:
You may not trade in the music, i.e. to sell it as a music track, include it on a music CD for sale, offer it for sale or licensing through a web site, or other means of trading in the music as a music product.

You may not create derived works:
You are not allowed to create derived works of our music. What this means is that you cannot buy the music, add your own instruments/modifications, and then treat that as your own music.
You are however allowed to use our music as background music and add your voice over the music in products such as healing/meditation/hypnosis CDs, self-help CD, audio-books and similar.
Note. It is advised that you include a
disclaimer with each audio CD that contains brainwave
entrainment.

Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by
APARecommends.com that are not listed under the
Not
Returnable Items section within 30 days of delivery for
a full or partial refund
less S & H. Items should be returned in their
original product packaging with the copy of your invoice.
We can process returns and refunds only for items
directly purchased from and fulfilled by
APARecommends.com
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 (four)
weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
This
time period includes the transit time for us to receive
your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days),
the time it takes us to process your return once we
receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes
your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10
business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've
received and processed the returned item.
Not Returnable Items
APARecommends.com does not accept returns for the
following items:
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Downloadable products
- Gift certificates
If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, a
refund may be issued only when you contact us about your
product issue.
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Most items that are returned more than 30 days
after delivery
- Any item that has obvious signs of use
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or cassette
tape that has been opened/taken out of its plastic
wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective
after the package is opened, a full refund or
replacement will still be granted.)
- Any item not returned in the condition it was
received
Your partial refund will be calculated as follows:
How Refunds Are Calculated?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process
your return.
The amount of your refund depends on several factors and
will be calculated as follows:
- Any unopened media item or non-media item in
original condition that is returned more than 30
days after delivery: 80% of item's price
- Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of
item's price
- Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or cassette
tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic
wrap): 50% of item's price
- Any item that is not in its original condition,
is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due
to our error and returned within 30 days after
delivery: up to 50% of item's price
- If you return an order that was placed using a
promotional certificate or discount, you will not be
refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as
these discounts were deducted from the original
purchase amount
